Please note, guests cannot bring personal ATVs but can arrange rentals through an approved local vendor. Try the ropes course or climbing tower (open seasonally), or set off on a mountain bike adventure along the Woodland Trail System. After a day of exploration, unwind on your private deck to soak in panoramic mountain views, or relax by the indoor wood-burning fireplace for a cozy evening. Remember: Some outdoor amenities are seasonally available—check ahead to make the most of your adventure.

Check-in and Check-out Procedures

  • Check-in is after 4pm. Check-out is by 10am.
  • Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.
  • Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.

Property Access

  • Guests have access to most amenities inside Eagles Nest.
  • Guests do not have access to the locked off portion of the Sportsman's Lodge, the Fitness Center, or the Wine & Cigar Bar; those are for member use only.
  • All guests have access to Great Camp amenities (BBQ Pavilion, Amphitheater, Great Lawn, Playground, Hiking Trails, Ropes Course and Climbing Tower (seasonal), Mini-Golf Course, 24/7 General Store), North Pavilion amenities (Ball Field, Sportsman's Lodge (unlocked portion only), Sports Court, Dog Park, Walking Trail, Sportsman's Grille, Fire Pit, Woodland Trail System), Camp amenities (Tennis Courts, Pickleball, Disk Golf, Archery), and Vineyard.
  • All visitors on premises at winery must be 16 years or older. This is strictly enforced.
  • The North Pavilion is host to several summer parties including a Fourth of July celebration and concerts, which guests may attend. In the event there is a wedding or other private party, guests are not allowed in or near the Sportsman's Lodge.

Policies and Rules

  • No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
  • No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
  • Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
  • This home allows dogs only with an additional pet rent of $25 per pet per night plus tax. Pets other than dogs are not permitted. (Note: Source data says up to 99 pets, but guest-facing rule says 2 dogs; see conflict log.)
  • Guests are responsible for supplying their own recreational equipment (basketballs, soccer balls, tennis equipment, etc.).

  • Minimum age: 25 years.

Fees and Payments

  • All Eagles Nest homes have an additional amenity fee in order to maintain the luxurious amenities.
  • Eagles Nest Winery day passes are available onsite for $25.00 each.
  • The summer concerts are open to all guests; there may be an admission fee for each person and a cash bar for food and drinks.
  • This home allows dogs only with an additional pet rent of $25 per pet per night plus tax.
  • Firewood may be purchased at the time of booking, or by calling with a week's notice. You receive two wrapped, kiln-dried bundles and a firestarter for $25 plus tax.
  • CANCELLATION POLICY: Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 31-59 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 30 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.

Parking Information

  • Free parking is available.
  • 4WD/AWD and/or chains recommended during winter (Nov–March) for all homes. Travelers visiting during the winter months where inclement weather may be possible should come prepared with an AWD or 4WD vehicle, and chains may also be required if it snows. No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement.

Utilities and Amenities Access

  • All Eagles Nest homes have internet, but some areas of travel may not have cell reception.
  • All homes offer well-stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. These items are provided for one or two nights.
  • Towels and linens will be provided.
  • Hair dryers are provided.

Safety and Emergency Information

  • This property has 3 security cameras: one is pointing towards the front porch, one is pointed at the driveway, one is on the back porch but has been covered for privacy and has been deactivated.
  • Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals.
  • Smoke alarm and carbon monoxide detector are provided.

Additional Notes

  • Eagles Nest is an up and coming community, with construction currently going on in several of its neighborhoods. Construction noises may be heard 7am-7pm Monday through Saturday.
